Our goal in starting Deep Detail was to address the most common issues brought to our attention: vague arrival time windows instead of precise arrival times, hidden fees, and poor communication.
We are local graduates of James Caldwell, Seton Hall Prep, and West Essex High School. We set out on a mission to redefine what service businesses represent. By gathering feedback from friends and family, we sought to understand the biggest frustrations people had with home service businesses. Our goal with starting Deep Detail was to fix the biggest issues brought to our attention: arrival time windows (not actual arrival times), hidden fees, and poor communication.
The team is made up of 5 life-long friends who are passionate professionals dedicated to delivering the best cleaning service in Caldwell and the surrounding areas. Many of us grew up playing on the fields of West Essex Highschool or for our joint hockey team. Our home grown roots tie us to our community making us give the best possible service & experience when letting us take care of your vehicle.
